Warranty Provisions

In the unlikely event of a malfunction under normal usage conditions, please refer to this warranty and submit a request to your purchasing store or an authorized Tamron Bangladesh repair service window. Free repair will be provided for a full one year from the date of purchase. Any expenses incurred in bringing the product to the purchasing store or repair service window must be borne by the customer.

A portion of the transport and related costs between the purchasing store and our company may also be borne by the customer, depending on the transportation method used.

The following are not covered under this warranty, even within the warranty period:

A malfunction caused by usage errors — incorrect operation not described in the instruction manual, dropping, impact, water splashing, sand/mud adhesion, fungus, or water/sand/mud entering the interior of the product.
A malfunction caused by repair, modification, or disassembly/cleaning performed anywhere other than a Tamron-designated repair location.
A malfunction caused by fire, natural disaster, or other events beyond our control.
A malfunction caused by improper storage (e.g. high-temperature or high-humidity locations, places with naphthalene or camphor) or inadequate maintenance.
A malfunction or damage caused by movement, transport, or dropping after purchase.
A malfunction or damage caused by use under severe operating conditions.
Replacement due to normal wear and tear of accessories.
When this warranty registration has not been completed.
When the date of purchase, customer's name/address, retailer name, or retailer's receipt are missing, not submitted correctly online, or have been altered.
When the lens's model/serial sticker is not attached to the product.
When the lens is not registered for warranty within two (2) weeks of the purchase date — registration is mandatory in Bangladesh.

Only the lens itself is covered under this warranty; packaging materials and separately sold accessories are not included.

We cannot compensate for incidental damages arising from a malfunction of this product, including expenses related to a shooting assignment or loss of profit expected from it.
